Used to love it... It became horrible...

I used to love this app; I used it a couple of years ago, but it has changed a lot since before. I used to be able to measure the distances easily, but now the cursor hardly ever appears. Also, half the tool bar on the lower window is covered. Small attention to detail has been ignored with this app... No longer am I impressed with this app... Very disappointed...
