Cannot do an entire floor or house Intended for room by room design I am disappointed Only good for room interior design/layout
I recently did a substantial renovation of two bedrooms and added a new en suite bathroom to one of them. The entire project was designed and built using Mark on Call on my iPhone. Nothing was ever printed out on paper. If a tradesman wanted a detail or measurement, he just grabbed my phone. Did it work? Yes. Was it ideal? No. Designing on such a small work surface is fussy but it was all I had available for CAD at the time. As for using an iPhone instead of full size working drawings, that part was surprisingly satisfactory.
Hard to work with. Waste of money!
Its a little difficult on an iPhone (wish I had an iPad) but its been really helpful for planning a room we are moving into :)
I use this app all the time to see how my house would look if I moved furniture or bought new stuff. Ill be using it to plan the layout of my new house before we move.
This app has been pretty glitchy on my phone ever since I got it - which is annoying because I paid for it. First, I couldnt even make new plans because the button didnt show up. Once an update fixed that, I couldnt put anything but kitchen furniture in any of my rooms - the button for changing doesnt work. And when I go into the help screen, I cant get back out of it without shutting down the whole app! I wish I hadnt spent the money...
A well designed app giving me the tools I need to rapidly create floor plans for work and home. More than once Ive found something that could be added to make it better and with an email I found it added in a following update or two. My thanks to Mark and his team. Keep the improvements coming
The app freezes. It is not intuitive. Free apps are better.
Minus 1 star for iPhone only version.
Good
This App helps design spaces in 2D quite efficiently. I especially like the feature allowing to use original colors from iPhone pictures. Wishes for improvement: more variety of items (e.g. furnishing) and standard colors; possibility to view all single rooms on one floor plan.
I home come sono iPad hd version and italian language!
you could have the version in Italian for the ignorant like me? thanks
Works great for quick space plans. No CAD experience needed. Easy to use for non-professionals.
Not user friendly. Very annoying to navigate.
Trying to edit a room that isnt a rectangle is impossible. Extremely ppor interface for inputting the specific dimensions or shape of your room. Its rudiculous that you cant undo changes. Skip this app.
Rarely does an app deserve a review. This one does.
If it wasnt only $2 I would be looking for my money back. Navigation almost impossible. No directions. Rectangles? Whatever wizard could actually lay out a room on site needs to come show how this thing has ANY practical job site worth. Its a flawed toy. Nothing more.
Did just what I wanted. Easy to learn. Please write it for iPad as well
Got it today. It will take around 2-3 projects to get used to the application . Its a bit hard to click on the items that are planned close to each other like tables and chairs because they sort of overlap. I gave it 3.5 stars because you cannot save the plan and go back to make changes. It can be emailed and shared though.
